“As a seasoned Project Manager, handling everything from Low to High Density Living Construction to Insurance Repairs and Knock Down Rebuilding, I witnessed firsthand the impact of decisions made by everyday folks. From the initial design discussions to the moment the contract is signed, the trust placed in a single builder often resulted in added costs that just didn’t make sense.
